Spicing Up My Lunch

So following yesterday’s decision to start following Kayla’s HELP guide, I’ve ditched some of my daily foods and I’m ready to try new recipes!
I’ve had a real craving for Nando’s recently, especially their Red Pepper dip. I decided to go on the hunt for a recipe similar and to put it to the test.

I found a healthy recipe on BBC Good Food and immediately gave it a go.

The dip made a huge amount and I’ll definitely cut down next time. It’s got a great spice from the Peppadew peppers and made a great snack after lunch today. I complimented the spice with cool cucumber sticks which tasted incredible!

Concentrating on the HELP guide today has made me realise I may struggle eating 6 portions of grains a day. I don’t eat a lot as they tend to bloat me out but hopefully I can adapt to this and really get into it!
