Every year I vow that I will have the perfect bikini body that I want and never actually manage it. I go through stages with fitness, either nothing at all, or I love it!
In the last 7 months, since beginning a new job, I’ve really rediscovered my love for fitness and stuck to it. I joined Virgin Active back in September ’14 and started attending classes 3-4 times a week.
With January bringing new challenges, it was time to give Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide another go.
Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide, is a 12 week plan to help get yourself into shape. I will post weekly updates on how the plan is going and progress photos every 4 weeks.
Having tried this guide before (and only managing two weeks before crawling back to 10k training) I know how challenging it is. Here’s to 2015’s abs!
